The reports tool extension lets your members report listings with inappropriate or inaccurate content.

The reports tool extension lets your members report listings with inappropriate or inaccurate content. Reports are then displayed within your administration panel so that they can be reviewed and if necessary, actions can be taken.

Management screen

From the reports page, administrators can see all reports submitted.

The management table contains a search box on the right side of the screen. You can search for reports by using the following data:

  • Title of a listing
  • ID number of a listing
  • email address of the user that submitted a report

Report review

All details of a report can be viewed by clicking the title of the listing within the reports table. From the details screen, administrators can take actions against the reported listing (unpublish/publish/delete listing) or simply mark the report as processed if no action is needed.

It’s also possible to send an email to the author of the listing.

Email notifications

The extension brings a new set of email notifications that can be sent.

New listing report submitted

This is the email that is sent to the site’s administrator when a new report is submitted.

Notify listing author of report

This is the email that is sent to the listing’s author when contacting him through the management panel.

Frontend Form

Members on the frontend can submit reports by clicking a new button that can be displayed via shortcode. When clicked, a modal window will show with a form that the user can fill to submit the report.

Report types can be configured through the settings panel.

Yes, automatic updates are available for each add-on. In order to receive updates a valid license key is required. You’ll receive updates for as long as your license key is valid.
Do you offer support for purchased plugins if I need help?
Yes. A valid license key is required to use our support platform to contact us for help. See our support policy for more details on what kind of support we provide.
How do license keys work?
After purchasing a plugin you’ll receive a license key via email. You can also find your license key into your account page. The key can be activated from your WordPress dashboard’s plugin page. License keys can be activated and deactivated and transferred from a site to another.
Do I need to renew my license?
Your license is valid for one year from the purchase date. You need an active license key for continued access to automatic updates and support. License keys automatically renew after 1 year.
What if I don't want to subscribe?
Your subscription can be canceled at anytime after purchase. Once cancelled, your license key will not renew automatically and will expire on the expiration date. Once expired, you will no longer receive automatic updates or have access to support. You may manually renew your license at any time to reactivate your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, your subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your license key expires, 1 year from the purchase date.
Can I still use the plugin when my licence expires?
Yes, you can still use the plugin in its full capacity even after your licence expires. However, you will no longer be able to receive updates or support for the plugin.
